Mobile Bar Hire by Cocktail Embassy
We want all of London to try our cocktails and experience the Cocktail Embassy service. So if you can't come to us, we'll come to you. Our professional bartenders, mobile bar and glassware travel to your event, whether it's a birthday, wedding, garden party, Christmas party or corporate night. Choose a dry hire package and supply your own drinks, or let us take care of everything with our all-inclusive bar.
Bringing Cocktail Embassy to You
From a garden party for 30 to a wedding for 150, our team brings the same cocktails, flair and hospitality you get at our bar in Crystal Palace. Every booking includes setup and pack down, liability insurance and free travel within 1 hour of Crystal Palace each way.
~ Dry Hire Packages ~
You supply the drinks, we supply the service.
Option 1 - Staff Only: £290 + VAT
1 professional bartender, cocktail making tools, up to 4 hours of service, 1 hour for setup and pack down, liability insurance and travel included.
Option 2 - Staff + Glassware: £500 + VAT
Everything in Option 1, plus full glassware for up to 125 glasses.
Option 3 - Staff, Glassware & Mobile Bar: £650 + VAT
Everything in Option 2, plus our mobile bar and full bar equipment.
Extra hours of service are £35 + VAT per hour. A shopping list with the ingredients and quantities for your cocktails is available for £30 + VAT.
~ All-Inclusive Bar ~
We take care of everything. Simply choose how many cocktails, beers and glasses of wine you'd like for your guests, and our team will serve them at your event.
Cocktails - £8 + VAT each
Wine - £6 + VAT per glass
Beers - £5.50 + VAT each
Bartenders and bar staff are charged on top, at the same rates as our dry hire packages: £290 + VAT per bartender for up to 4 hours of service, plus £35 + VAT for each extra hour.

~ Travel & Ice ~
Travel is free within 1 hour of Crystal Palace each way. Planning something further afield? Just ask and we'll include travel in your quote. Ice is charged at £65 per 50kg, and we'll recommend how much you need based on your guest numbers.
~ Catering for Private Events ~
Make your celebration one to remember with food from our kitchen. Whether you're planning a birthday, engagement, Christmas party or work night out, we offer a full catering menu designed to pair perfectly with our cocktails. Choose from sharing boards and bar bites, hand-made canapés, finger buffets, or themed buffets including Mexican, Asian, American, Cold and Hot. Finger buffets start from £11.40 per guest, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available. Minimum numbers apply, and we ask for 7 days' notice so our kitchen can prepare everything fresh for your event.
